The HHIC is a private not-for-profit cooperation established in 1994. Its mission is to collect, analyze and disseminate statewide health information in support of efforts to continuously improve the health of the people of Hawai‘i and the quality and cost-efficiency of healthcare services. HHIC’s Data Center, HHDC, includes Hawaiʻi’s statewide all-payer, all-visit hospital and ER databases. There are fees associated with HHIC’s data and report products
